Excellent Service

Daniel Sorenson, our technician, was very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient in identifying and fixing the problem with our air conditioner. After correcting the main problem, he checked out other key areas to be sure there were no other problems. We highly recommend this company as well as our technician and will definitely contact them again as problems arise.

Riley was outstanding

I give Riley 5 stars. He was the most helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, considerate and courteous young man who has ever come to my house. I called for a quote on one thing and found out I really needed something else. Riley went above and beyond what he needed to do to help me. As it turns out, he doesn't do the kind of work I need done. If I or my friends ever need his type of service, I would not hesitate to send him my business. Excellent service.

Tech arrived at a Free tuneup. Upon inspection, the blower capacitor was out of tolerance. There was a dead snake wrapped around the compressor capacitor and one of the wires were burnt. The condenser fan was pulling high amperage. The Delta and refrigerant was low. The ductwork and blower area was dirty. There was growth in the supply plenum. The coil was rusted and leaking (refer to video). There was no observed drain safety. The customer was informed of recommendations today. Due to age, condition, price of repairs and presence of R22; it is recommended that the customer speak with a Project Manager about upgrading to something more reliable with warranties behind it. He agreed and we will have to call his wife for exact timing for a meeting on Monday or Tuesday. The outside breaker was left in the Off position upon departure. Customer would also like pricing on a duct cleaning for all 3 systems.

11/18/23 Tyler S- on arrival I checked the water heater shut off valve and it seemed to still work. I was able to turn the water to the house and the waterheater shutoff valve does in fact work properly. The issue at hand was the electrical inside the waterheater was burned out, which caused the temperature to rise above a safe level and the pressure gave out at multiple locations. Because of all these events, the waterheater is unrepairable. 40g electric waterheater. Charged for replacing the copper water line above as well because it leaked due to releasing pressure.
