2023 Amana Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Changed customer provided filter Drain was clear and draining Blower motor and wheel have dust, dirt and biological growth build up Evaporator coil has heavy dust, dirt and Biological growth build up 2023 Amana Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels are off at this time due to indoor blower and coil being compacted Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from inside the unit Washed condenser coils from inside out Waxed top of the unit Recommended level 2 duct cleaning and UV system to keep system clean after duct cleaning
