We are a corporate store, our store keeps our door codes for each individual and they are assigned with the expectation that they never be shared. Your company has repeatedly asked us to share these codes, even after explaining why we never share them. We were then told by the scheduler that we were "trying to cancel last minute, and that would push back our service date", because we would not share these codes. Any service providers are expected to contact the corporate office to obtain codes for each location. We will never be able to provide codes from the store level, this all must be approved by our corporate office. Repeatedly requesting that we violate our security protocol is very unprofessional, this isn't the first time I have left this review.
