I had requested that the service be completed by 3:00 am and they were still working at 5:00 am. I had to help clean up and finish the work. The two that were working did not seem on the same page or work well together I am sure this played a part in longer service. Maybe put 3-4 people on the service next time. Our breakfast started a little bit late. I know this is not in your normal operations but for this account Friday night into Saturday works best.
