I was in communication with this company intermittently for five-six months before I could get my oven and oven hood cleaned. I had countless dates and emails, communicating with numerous people in different roles with the company. Dealt with delays and cancellations and staff there calling in sick. Literally hard to believe, honestly. Fast forward to last night, finally they arrive. I come in this morning to see the oven looks great and we are very happy with the work, however, I’ve literally never seen the floors as caked and stained looking in my seven years of running this restaurant. I suppose they did mop, as they stated they would when they told my closing staff and I let them go home, but I’m not exaggerating when I say after I saw the state of the grout this morning it almost ruined my mood that finally the oven was cleaned. I’d also like to state that when I first started messaging about having this job done, there was a discount promised of x%, and given the circumstances and more than exorbitant time waited through staff going on vacations and calling in, I’d definitely appreciate a discount of some type for this service.
