This system has a bad thermostat. Rather then replace it with us she wants to buy her own and install herself.
Came out for a cooling tune-up found the compressor over amping on startup homeowner chose to go with a compressor saver kit discuss the membership option need declined today making an estimate for gut cleaning he may like to revisit got the amps down from 105 to 63.7 I did discuss what the homeowner that the door run capacitor is barely within range and could cause more issues with the compressor down the road without changed out at the same time as it was good they're chose to just do the compressor saver kit for today
Came out for a 2 system. Cooling tune up found both compressors over amping upon start up as well. As both dual run capacitors out of range also recommened surge protection for both units, the indoor units are covered. The outdoor units are not. Homeowner is unable to take care of these items at this time but has our information to reach back out if something changes

On arrival the system was running and cooling and producing a 17 degree delta. The blower and coil were clean and the drain line flowed when flushed. The outdoor unit passed all electrical tests except for the fact that the compressor pulled 138 amps on start up and the maximum it is rated for is 112. I recommended a compressor saver kit to address this and to reduce the wear and workload on the compressor moving forward. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!
