When Brock was out here in November, I expressed how my bedroom would be almost 5 or 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. When he came out today for the service call, he was thorough with all temperature readings, checked and double checked everything. We agreed to the possible, probably the best and easiest fix. He also advised that different vent covers may also make a difference and showed me online what he was explaining, and also made sure I knew the correct measurements of any new vent covers.
