Performed evaluation Upon arrival upstairs system was not functioning Found thermostat to have issues in main board - electrical Main indoor unit board connection to zone board - carrier infinity systems On upstairs system - blower motor has loose bearings Reccomended thermostat and blower motor In order for system to recall communication thermostat needs to be special ordered - once thermostat is replaced - further diagnostic into main electrical will need to be performed in order to determine Main system board communication Condition of furnace is also poor with signs of high metal contamination Scheduled comfort advisor tomorrow 05/21/25 9am-10am
