Turned just that unit on to identify which air handler and condenser was with that thermostat Went into attic and checked that unit was functioning from inside and it was but was getting no cooling. Had a negative 3 degree Delta Went to outdoor condenser unit and located corresponding unit Fan was running but did not hear compressor so I checked capacitor Capacitor was showing blank on Herm to center terminals Went ahead and checked capacitor on other two units as favor for homeowner and both were in tolerance Recommended capacitor replacement to get system operational again. Homeowner agreed After replacing, system was functioning again I connected my gauges and noticed I had a 2 Subcool and almost a 50+ superheat Went back into attic to check optimal cooling but was still only getting a 6° Delta after leaving system on for 10mins I talked with homeowner a
