For this evaluation at showed up to the customer's house and she stayed at the downstairs system was not doing anything and she had replaced the batteries earlier in the day because the thermostat was blank. I went from the attic first thing I checked was to make sure the system had power which I had 240 coming in to the main breaker however I did not have 240 coming out. I tested each leg to ground where I had 120 on each leg however not 240 across indicating the breaker was bad. I spoke with the customer and she allowed me to go ahead and replace the breaker which I did and what's installed the system kicked on and started working like it was supposed to. Customer would like to have an electrician come out on Monday July 7th to look at some electrical outlets.
