Tune up on two 2004 carrier gas furnaces with 2020 carrier ac down stairs and a 2016 carrier ac upstairs checked all componenets and operation of equipment found leak on upstairs coil with digital leak detector system is low on freon dual run capacitor for down stairs system is low changed 45X5 capacitor provided by customer no warranty and both condenser fan motors showing signs of rust from overheating.
