For this super tune-up I inspected the customers air handler and condenser. There is no water safety on the system so the customer runs the risk of water damage caused from a clog within the primary drain line. I had the customer sign and acknowledge the drain form that if there is a clog and damage caused from it, we are not liable. The dual run capacitor on the condenser is out of tolerance and needs to be replaced, if it fails the customer will be left without air conditioning or heat when it fails.
