Upon arrival, Cust directed me to the furthermost supply vent in the master bedroom that had water damage. I pulled the vent and noticed rust on the underside of the vent and the obvious water damage. I checked the drain line, air filter, evaporator coil and all that I could on the supply duct. The supply duct was going into a spray foam wall that was preventing me from further investigation without cutting away the spray foam wall. My thoughts are that on the other side of the spray foam where the ducting is going, is an uninsulated area where the cool air flowing through the duct is forming condensation and then moving the the vent. I've discussed with the customer and she will speak to her husband about what to do next. Got with Brian Hobson to work out a repair plan. Landed on a two part spray foam that would have to be ordered. Spoke to the customer about it and she will talk to her husband. Quote sent via email. Price reflects parts and labor.

2 carrier heat pumps with air handlers. Downstairs unit installed in 2017. Heat strips are in range. X13 blower motor is good. Blower wheel and evap coil are clean. All electrical connections are tight. 70/7.5 dual run capacitor and contactor are good. Fan motor and compressor are good. Reversing valve and defrost control board are functioning as they should. Air flow and refrigerant levels are satisfactory. Upstairs unit installed in 2017. Heat strips are in range. X13 blower motor is good. Blower wheel and evap coil are clean. Upon arrival found system turned off. Turned on system at thermostat and unit came on and started cooling. I spoke with the customer customer stated that he turned on the heat for the first time last night. After examining the system and the heat pump I found no issues and determined that the reversing valve was sticking and had no other issues. I tested the unit in AC mode and heat mode and found it to be working properly. I verified with the customer that the system was pumping out 55° air and the upstairs had already dropped four degrees since I had it in Cooling. Found no other issues with the unit left system running and Cooling
