2016 Amana Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Filter was heavily compacted to the point it parachuted and tore apart Drain was clear and draining at this time Blower motor and wheel were heavily compacted with dust and dirt along with lots of biological growth build up on blower wires Evaporator coil has heavy dust dirt and biological growth build up UV system is not functional 2016 Amana Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual Run Capacitor is weak(out of manufacture range) Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Washed condenser coils from inside out Recommended level 2 duct cleaning,UV 200 for the biological growth build up, dual run cap, compressor saver
