For this evaluation the customer's system was not running at all. I started in the attic and checked the drain line which was clear, then I checked all the low voltage fuses which were all good except for the zone board fuse. The board had a light that said to replace when lit and it was lit. The transformer that powered the zone board was 130⁰ and the resistance on the high voltage side was at 68 ohms. I went ahead and replaced the transformer as I have ran into this problem in the past and it ended up being the transformer that was burnt up. After replacing the fuse and the transformer the system kicked on and started cooling the home with a 20⁰ split.
