Did a AH on 18 year old rheem air handle and 5 year old Lennox condenser, checked capacitor, checked filter, flushed drain, found that the customer has been using emergency heat to heat house due to another company telling him, found the condenser won't come on when calling for heat, found was not get 24v from thermostat, customer stated they didn't want it repaired that they would continue to use emergency heat
