2018 Goodman Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Drain was clear and draining at this time Drain has no drain safety Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Blower cap was within manufacture range Blower wires have biological growth build up Evaporator coil has Biological growth build up Supply plenum has dust, dirt and biological growth build up 2013 Frigidaire Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Disconnect is bypassed Dual Run cap is out of manufacture range Primary electrical unit has heavy pitting and carbon build up Refrigerant levels are off mainly due to poor airflow at Airhandler Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Waxed the top of the unit Recommended replacement of dual run cap, disconnect and primary electrical unit. Recommended adding compressor saver, drain switch, UV 200 and level 2 duct
