Recently had our 2 A/C systems "serviced" for a nominal fee. The "service" was just electrical and temperature tests and arranging a sales appointment. Our clogged condensate drain was ignored. We were told we had a leak in the newest system and they scheduled someone to give us estimates. We paid Arthur Hagar A/C for a second opinion. They flushed the clogged condensate drain, installed a cleanout and showed us that the refrigerant was NOT leaking. They also showed us that the gauge readings matched the specs on the units.
