On arrival the system was turned off. I turned the system on and off four times and the furnace ran with no issues. Based on the customers feedback he decided to go ahead and have me replace the ignitor. Once the ignitor was replaced the furnace would not turn on. I determined that the boards error code was incorrect, and once I moved the pin connector on the board the furnace turned back on and ran. I recommended replacing the board or speaking with a comfort advisor about system replacement. The comfort advisor visit is scheduled for 3-5 tomorrow.
