Performed Tune up on upstairs and downstairs systems 2004 Trane upstairs and downstairs Gas Furnaces Checked and tightened all electrical connections Filters were acceptable Drains were clear and draining at this time Blower motors and wheels have heavy dust build up Evaporator coils have heavy dust build up Evaporator coils has heavy corrosion 2004 Trane upstairs and downstairs Straight Cool condensers Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap for upstairs was within manufacture range Compressor cap for downstairs was within manufacture range Fan cap for downstairs is weak and below manufacture tolerance Upstairs primary electrical unit has heavy pitting and carbon build up Bothell compressor savers are non functional Refrigerant levels were showing slightly low Upstairs compressor was tripped on thermal overload load and would not start until washed Condenser coils were heavily compacted with dust and dirt Washed condenser coils from inside out
