HTU performed today, ignition components are working properly, heat exchanger looks good, inducer motor is only pulling .3 amps and it should be pulling .7 let customer know that this is an indication of a failing motor, customer spoke with comfort advisor earlier this year and plans to replace system in March, i let him know about the changes that are occurring at the end of this year and how the prices are going to go up and availability won’t be very good, customer is going to call Danny and talk to him, did not want to schedule to have him back out
