Tested all components dual run cap measured 25.5 on herm rated for 40 recommend replacing before failure. Customer also mentioned that her room would not cool or heat properly after inspecting attic tear in duct also r value of insulation is 4.5. Recommend repairing duct and blowing in insulation r29 for best result and being within code. Washed and cleaned condenser. Filter was changed recently. Customer needs to think about it.
