2018 trane airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Changed customer provided filter Drain was clear and draining Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable Heat strips were functional and within manufacture range 2018 Trane Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacturers range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Defrost is functional Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Condenser coil was acceptable Fan blades and motor were acceptable Washed coil from inside out Cleared debris from bottom of unit Waxed top of unit Recommended compressor saver and condensate pan treatment
