Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is low. Suction line and evap coil are freezing up after investigation leaks were found on microchannel evaporator coil on indoor explaining loss of Refrigerant. Changed filter. Recommended to customer to replace system altogether for longevity and economical reasons also showed and emailed estimates for repair. Customer did not want any service done today.
