The drain system was clear and bleach was poured. There was no inline float switch but there was a wet switch. There was no observed surge protection. The customer was given pricing and information on recommendations. A level 2 duct cleaning is recommended to get the system and ductwork clean. An upgraded Polarized Media Filtration and UV system can help keep the system clean and is highly recommended. The inline drain safety and surge protector can prevent future damages.
