On arrival the system was running and cooling. The indoor unit produced a 14 degree delta. It had a dirty blower and biogrowth and dust in the coil compartment. The drain line had no water safety. I recommended a duct cleaning to treat all the above cleanliness issues and a water safety to prevent water damage. The outdoor units fan polarity wires were reversed and the fan was running in the wrong direction. The fan itself was improperly mounted. The outdoor unit otherwise passed all electrical tests.
