On arrival system was running and cooling producing an 18 degree delta. The indoor unit had clear drain lines and a dirty blower. The coil was clean. The blower capicator was a 20 mfd reading 16.6. Customer declined replacing at this time. The outdoor unit passed all electrical testing but was overamping on start up. I recommended a compressor saver kit.
