Replaced left side indoor 200 amp electrical panel (1 of 2) with Square D Homeline brand with main breaker. There is an old 40 amp underground circuit that goes outdoor on outside wall adjacent to meter base that has a short. I left this circuit disconnected from the breaker box until it can be repaired. I couldn’t tell what it went to, but the appearance is to an old conduit by property line fence by driveway and is no longer in use. Circuit to automatic gate is infested with ants. I put out some of Mrs Pillion’s ant poison to try and remove the pests. Future recommendations are to replace the other old panel (Zinsco Brand) and repair or remove inoperable outside circuit.
