On arrival systems were running and cooling producing a 29 degree delta. Both units had clear drain lines and clean blowers and coils. There were signs of biological growth in both supply plenums. I recomended adding an iaq200 uv system for both units. I recomended April aire filter upgrades to keep the system clean and prevent us from needed to clean the blowers again. With the iaq 200 I will provide drain treatment strips, use a sanitizing spray on the duct work, and pull and clean the blower and clean the coil for both systems. Both outdoor units passed all electrical testing. I recommended a compressor saver kit for one of the outdoor units to reduce the wear and tear on the compressor and extend its lifespan.
