Tech arrived at a tune-up. Upon inspection, the coil and blower area was dirty. The blower capacitor was out of tolerance. The ductwork was not properly sealed. The inducer motor and furnace components were dirty. The door switch was bypassed. The drain was partially clogged and has visible buildup. There was no inline float switch. The secondary pan was rusted. The attic insulation was low. The filter was dirty. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He would like to speak to a Comfort Advisor about furnace upgrade options. Recommended adding a return plenum to improve filtration. System was heating upon departure.
