The filter was not in need of replacement the homeowner swapped it out in January, the evaporator coil look clean as well as the blower wheel, the PCS motor was in good condition and the capacitor was intolerance. When taking heat stripes they also came back with intolerance according to manufacturer. I then headed outside to the outdoor coil, and started with washing it down. After washing down I turned it on and let it dry out for 15 minutes before taking my refrigerant readings, the readings came back good and the unit has plenty of charge. I then took an inrush amp test of the compressor and it came back below the manufacturer data tag, there was a hard start kit installed as well as surge protection.
