2016 Goodman airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer did not have extra filters today Drain has some build up in trap Heat strips were functional and within manufacture range Blower motor and wheel have some dust and dirt build up, blower wires have biological growth build up Evaporator coil was acceptable, condensate pan has biological growth 2016 Goodman Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was out of manufacture range replaced P&L Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coil was acceptable Washed Condenser coil from inside out Cleared debris out of unit Waxed top of unit Recommended uv system for biological growth
