Inducer motor, gas pressure, and igniter are all acceptable. Heat exchanger is acceptable. Compressor and condenser fan motor are working as they should. Refrigerant levels anr delta T are in range. Upstairs system is a Trane gas furnace with straight cool condenser. Refrigerant levels are low due to a leak in the coil. Gas pressure, heat exchanger, igniter and inducer motor are all acceptable. No drain protection has been installed. No sediment trap is installed on the gas line. Flue pipe needs to be changed to double wall hard pipe in order to meet code. Suggest system replacement due to age of equipment and a refrigerant leak.
