Drain clear with safety switch in place. Filter changed. Inspected outdoor unit. Electrical connections tight. Fan and compressor amp draw good. Refrigerant charge good. Capacitor in spec. Coil clean and in good condition. Recommended drain pan treatment strip for prevention of dain clogging. Also recommended either unit or home panel surge protection device to protect sensitive electronics.
