1/24/22 Upon arrival found heater short cycling. The issue was a bad flame sensor causing the furnace to intermittently start and stop. Replaced flame sensor and the system was left with 120 degree air coming out of the vents. Recommended surge protection and customer declined. I told customer I would give him a phone call in a week to see if he's still interested in us coming out and doing a surge protector.
