Total home HVAC replacement including inside and outside AC units, furnace, fancy electrical air filter, ductwork with old system removed and new one installed. EVERYTHING. I MEAN EVERYTHING POSSIBLE!!!!!! I spent a ton of money on all this with them - at least $15,000 which was way too much. But I knew that going into my interaction with them ONLY because it included a lifetime warranty which they have been trying to disavow now for the last 2-3 years now at least. Here we go again. Take my advice and don’t do business with them. You’ll be sorry if you do. Be forewarned. I’d give them a -10 review If I could. I have a feeling it’s going to end up in court but I’m gonna try the news media first. I’ve worked with them as much as humanly possible. I realize that they sold a product that’s turned out to be a lemon and defective but to try to pass that cost along to me after what I’ve done and paid and continue to do is wrong. I’d give them a negative 10 review on all I’ve described if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THESE OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT HOW NICE THE EMPLOYEES ARE AND THIER TIMELINESS ARE FINE BUT IF THEIR PRODUCTS ARE MISREPRESENTED AND THEIR VERBAL WORD AND/OR EVEN THEIR OWN AGREEMENT DON’T MEAN ANYTHING THEN YOU’RE JUST A SUCKER LIKE ME STAY AWAY.
