The heating system reached complete ignition. There was visible buildup in the drain line. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. The UV bulb was not working. The customer was informed of recommendations today. She decided to move forward with replacing the current UV bulb and adding a treatment strip to help keep the drain system clean. She will revisit upgrading the UV system next year. The system was functioning upon departure.
