2019 airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer did not have extra filter Drain was clear and draining Blower motor and wheel were compacted with dust and dirt Evaporator coil was acceptable Heat strips were functional and within manufacture range 2019 Rheem straight electric Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coil was acceptable Washed Condenser coil from inside out Cleared debris out of unit Waxed top of unit Recommended pan treatment, blower cleaning and unit surge protection
