Work completed, uv bulb replaced, water heater flushed Cleaned out door system due to it being heavily impacted by dust and degree While completing work cust showed me a ceiling fan that isn't working properly, found some bad wiring in the switch box, this is a fire hazard and is what caused the ceiling fan to fault. Need to install new ceiling fan and repair the switches. While flushing the water heater I found a small leak on the hot water supply. This is not a critical leak at this time but does need to be fixed before leak gets worse. Inspected the duct work and found have biological growth, uploaded pictures. Recommend a duct cleaning. Electrical is top priority to insure saftey Contacted HO about doing electrical repairs, verbally approved, emailed estimate for esign, as soon as HO signs the estimate we can schedule to do rec work.
