Straight cool condenser with air handler installed in 2005. System is low on R-22 refrigerant. Evaporator coil is dirty. Blower wheel is dirty. No drain protection installed. No emergency drain pan installed. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Suggest replacing system due to age and reliability of current equipment.
