For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and he stated his system was not working, I did a super tune-up on 12 April and when I left he said the system was working fine and cooling. However a couple days ago the system decided to stop cooling the house therefore the customer called and requested a tech to come look at. When I showed up I inspected the furnace and coil. I turned power off and flushed the drain line, turned power back on and reset the board and attempted to jump R and Y. On doing this the fuse blew, presumably because one of the clamps was touching common. I replaced the fuse and the system turned on and started working as normal however I was only getting a single digit Delta, nowhere close to 20°. I gauged up to the outdoor unit and my gauges were showing the coil sat temp was below freezing indicating there was a possible leak, and or low on refrigerant.
