Good afternoon, Pilar Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. I started by installing your termite monitors. I did a full inspection of the exterior perimeter. I didn’t locate the tree in the yard and some leftover timber that was infested with carpenter ants. I put down a granular bait around all trees on the property, concentrating heavily on the tree in question. I also recommend getting rid of the wood pile near the tree to help deter any animals from nesting in this area. Additionally, I removed all visible webbing from the property and applied a liquid treatment in the entire exterior foundation. I also treated the interior of the home with a liquid residual solution, including your crawlspace and basement. I did notice a couple of droppings in the unfinished portion of the basement. I placed a rodent bait station in this area. This will help eliminate any rodent by feeding. Additionally, I sealed up a possible entry point near your HVAC unit with copper
