Mark was so knowledgeable and kind to me and when I was obviously very anxious about the possibility of different kids of rodents. He did a through inspection of the entire premises and put bait boxes and traps anywhere I asked or suggested, along with the places he sought fit. I now feel comfortable sleeping in my house again after Mark’s extremely assessment. 100000/10 and I honestly may have to name my next son Mark after the level of comfort he just left this anxious mom!

We recently had Mark come to our home to service us for fleas. When explaining the details of our particular case to Mark, he understood and knew what would be the appropriate action to take keeping in mind our young children. When speaking to Mark after the service to see how it went (since we needed to be out of the home for 4 hours), Mark stated he “went through the home as if it was his own.” And it’s that type of service which made us feel like we were in good hands and understand the thoroughness and care with which mark went through the home to address the issue.
