Service seems to be going ok. Tech/s have not been treating the rear of the house. Most recent visit, tech knocked softly on my door, but did not ring my doorbell (which is a video doorbell) which would have alerted me to his presence. Have found mice in my personal traps in my garage.

Second floor, restroom, ground floor, kitchen, area, and basement with residual material. Outside, I checked your rodent station , it had major activity so I rebated same. I have also replenished the bait in the exterior bait station, which showed minor feeding activity. This treatment will help eliminate and control general pests activity. Good afternoon, Today you are scheduled for your initial Premium Pest Control Service. This entails, inspection of the interior and exterior perimeter for any possible gaps, holes or entryways into the home/property. Filling them in with copper mesh, that’s smaller than a golf. There weren’t any holes or gaps observed on the exterior but I filled in two small holes underneath the sink and the gap in the master bedroom with copper mesh. The customer was a previous customer and already had devices set up. I inspected the exterior and the soil for termites. None were observed. I checked the exterior bait station and there was minor activity on the bait. Only one interior bait station in the basement was empty. The two in the garage had minor activity on the bait.
