We recently had Mark come to our home to service us for fleas. When explaining the details of our particular case to Mark, he understood and knew what would be the appropriate action to take keeping in mind our young children. When speaking to Mark after the service to see how it went (since we needed to be out of the home for 4 hours), Mark stated he “went through the home as if it was his own.” And it’s that type of service which made us feel like we were in good hands and understand the thoroughness and care with which mark went through the home to address the issue. He advised what the results would be and recommended a follow up within two weeks. Seeing the situation was playing out in the manner in which Mark managed our expectations, we felt comfortable and confident in continuing to follow his advice to fully eradicate the issue.

Our exterminator Mark, was knowledgeable, kind, respectful and friendly. I told him that I was working from home today and he was very respectful of that. He also was very knowledgeable and kept in mind that I have children and pets. I confidently feel that he is an expert in his field. He was very quick and had a contagious well-rounded attitude. He assured me that the chemicals that were being used were safe for my family and pets. I would highly recommend him.

I removed all spiderwebs and treated the perimeter of your home, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation,and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. I also inspected your termite monitoring stations. They did not evidence any activity. I also inspected your rodent and mouse bait stations and replenished as needed. The only ones that evidence any activity at all was the large rodent station in your backyard. It evidenced heavy feeding. And the one mouse bait station by your stove, evidenced heavy feeding. Please allow 10 to 14 days for desired results. After which, if you notice any issues that require our attention or if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to give us a call. Hi, good afternoon, today I completed the pest in initial service. I installed six rodent stations around the kitchen to target rodent activity. I also placed two roach bait stations in the cabinets of each side of the dishwasher. I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the kitchen, 1 bedroom, behind the living room couch, and outside on the back porch. I also placed new glue boards under the oven and behind the living room couch. I plugged the opening on the bottom right corner of the bathroom sink with copper mesh. Good afternoon Arita, it was so nice to meet you! Today I completed your initial pest service by first inspecting around the kitchen and pantry area for any roach activity. You said the nanny saw some in the kitchen and you saw some in the living room. I sprayed a liquid residual around the entire homes baseboard and under the kitchen sink to help combat cockroaches and general fall invader pests. I also added a glue board next to the stove, under the sink and dishwasher to help monitor activity. I then inspected around for mice activity and notice droppings under the stove and to the side of it. I did add a mouse bait station behind the stove, behind the refrigerator, next to washer and in the pantry. I also used copper mesh to plug up a hole in the panty and under the sink. I added three more mouse bait stations in the basement with two in the closet ceiling and one in the bathroom ceiling to help combat the rodent issue. Good morning, it was great to meet you guys! Today I completed your one time bee service by looking around the outside and having you explain where the issue is on the second story back window. The yellow jackets were getting into the small hole next to the window. I came upstairs to spray a liquid residual around and in the entry point of the yellow jacket nest to help combat the issue. I then went downstairs in the basement to make to inspect for any other yellow jacket issues, as you’ve seen some downstairs by the back door. There were no other nests noticeable, but don’t hesitate to call if anything should arise. Please allow up to two weeks for full effectiveness of this treatment.
