Good afternoon Tara, it was nice to meet you! Today I completed your initial pest service by inspecting the kitchen for any possible droppings and entry points. I did not find any, but I did add a mouse bait station under the counter. Next, I checked out the laundry room where I noticed behind the heater and washer a gap in the floor to the wall. We talked about sealing up, as this is a possible entry point for rodents. I did add a bait station behind the heater along the wall. There was a hole in the closet that u put copper mesh in and the baseboards should be sealed up in the closet as well. I then inspected the garage and crawlspace where I added a bait station to the side of the garage door interior, as well as a rodent bait station inside the crawlspace to help control the rodent population. Next, we knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs around windows, doors, garages and eaves. We then checked rodent bait stations that showed heavy activity, but replenished with fresh bait. Lastly, we sprayed a liquid residual to combat ants, spiders, stinging insects and general pest on the exterior. Please allow up to two weeks for full effect as this may agitate pest. I removed visible cobwebs around entryways, treated the exterior perimeter, window & door trim, the deck, and the eaves and the patio with a liquid residual application. This treatment will assist in controlling pests activity, such as, ants, beetles, boxelder bugs, earwigs, spiders, stink bugs and seasonal pests. Initially, you may see an uptick in the pest activity, for the treatment agitates the pests, don’t be alarmed, this is normal. Good afternoon Kathy, it was very nice to meet you today! Today I completed your initial pest service by first inspecting the kitchen where activity has been. I did notice the cabinet doesn’t go flush with the wall and should be sealed up to help prevent rodent entry. I did add mouse bait station under the cabinet! Next, I inspected the basement and noticed the door into the mud room has a big gap for rodent entry. I did add 5 mouse bait stations to the foundation and one rodent bait station on the floor in the mud room. I recommend a door sweep and sealing up the bottom of the door. I recommend sealing up all food that is out and available for mice to get into to. I then added 3 more rodent bait stations around the exterior of the home. I recommend clearing the ivy and brush from the foundation line about 12 inches. All of the bait stations are fully loaded with fresh bait to help control the rodent population. There was also no termite activity found around the exterior of the home. Inspected around for any entry points or issues in the mulch, but did not find any issues at this time. Good morning, it was nice to meet you! Today I completed your initial pest service by first inspecting around the kitchen and lobby. I did notice roach activity under the sink and near the side station, as well as mice droppings by the back desk and sinks. I do recommend sealing up any food overnight and putting lids on the trash cans or throw away trash each night. I added 8 mouse bait stations one behind the desk, under the storage, under the sinks, next to walk in and 4 more around the exterior walls of the kitchen to help control rodent population. Next, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat the cockroaches and general pests along the baseboards in the lobby and kitchen. I also put down 2 roach bait station and roach gel baits in target areas under the sinks and side walls. I laid out 10 glue boards around target areas to help monitor any roach and pest activity as well. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual along the exterior foundation to help combat general fall invader pests

I applied a liquid non repellent solution to the interior foundation of your home in the kitchen and basement including the first floor bathroom. I also placed roach gel bait in cracks and crevices along the counter where roach activity was noticed.
