It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home focusing on the foundation line and thresholds. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of ants and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. I checked any interior and exterior rodent bait stations around the perimeter of the home. New mouse activity seen in kitchen area. Inspected and applied smaller rodent bait stations to the cabinet under stove top and in pantry. Inspected the stations in the basement. Only one station showed moderate feeding. Replaced that bait. I moved the rodent stations to places that may have higher success rate. Exterior stations showed heavy feeding. I applied a non repellent solution around the exterior at the foundation level as well as windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. I additionally applied a different non repellent solution to the upstairs bathrooms targeting carpenter ants. I applied some ant bait near the vanity in the bedroom bathroom. I installed 4 interior rodent bait stations. One in the attic by the access door and 3 in the basement up in the joist bays at the corners. I added one exterior rodent bait station near the air conditioner unit. I found an opening where the utility lines enter the house and filled it with copper mesh.
