Dwayne was very professional and mindful. He inspected the areas i told him about and treated. He also wore a mask and booties which i didn’t feel was necessary but thoughtful.
George was great! But there was a mix up/confusion. I was told you have a 20ft. pole used to spray nest.... not so. So, nest was sprayed from the ground to the roof line. Then I was told technician would, at some point, remove the nest. True, but only by using my pruning extension pole. Good thing I had one. Should have received a discount! Bottom line, you need to get your stories straight and provide your technicians with better equipment.
George was on time, knowledgeable, and thorough. He made sure to get in all the areas, even if they’re not specifically problem areas, for preventative measures.

Good afternoon today I completed your initial pest control service. I inspected the exterior and interior of your home. I found no termite activity at this time. I placed four termite monitors on the exterior of your home on all four corners for any termite activity should occur in the future. I also placed three large bait stations two on the left-hand side of the house and one behind the trashcan of your garage. In the basement I placed seven bait stations all along the Joyce labeled with painters tape. On the exterior, there were a few holes that I could not fill because they go into your foundation. As I suggested to you, this is something that a contractor would have to work on. I also placed a mouse bait station in your powder room, which is the bathroom on the left-hand side in front of the front door. there is also one mouse space station in your addict above your daughters bedroom. I did find a few holes in your basement that leads to the first floor. Some of them I can close

On the side of your home with your vegetations are used a glitter bait for general pest. In the front and the back of your house I applied a liquid residual for cave crickets, and other seasonal pest.
