David came to our house to help with a carpenter ant problem and went way above and beyond, so impressed with him. He not only explained the ant issue and quickly treated it, he did a walk through of the entire house looking for other pest issues, pointing out risks for pests and basically a mini home inspection. He gave us a list of things to remedy (bushes too close to the house, gaps in walls and windows etc) and we really appreciated how pleasant and professional he was!!!

I placed out 2 large rodent bait (1 on each side of home) and 7 mouse bait stations ( basement- 2 in crawl space, 2 on floor, attic- 1 at top of stairs on right and 1 in each wall void). Suggest you call the office for a 2 week mouse follow up. I applied a liquid residual solution to exterior of home for ants and general pests. Treatment can take 2 or more weeks to control an existing ant population. We use non-repellent insect controls for ants, which will not prevent ants, therefore requires contact and will address the colony. For the quarterly service, we will install 4 termite monitors near the exterior corners of your home after you finish landscaping. Good morning I completed your initial service today. I started by inspecting around the kitchen. I found a few ants crawling around the sink. I placed two ant bait stations on the countertop one on either end. I then treated the perimeter of the kitchen with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. Next, I inspected the basement. I found several dead bugs and some spiders, but nothing out of the ordinary for an unfinished basement. I treated the perimeter of the basement with the same liquid residual. After that, I inspected the rest of the house, including the bedrooms and garage. Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your initial service. I inspected the attic crawl space and found no signs of activity. I applied a liquid treatment to the upstairs rooms, attic and kitchen targeting spring tails. I used the same treatment on the exterior window sills. I placed mouse bait stations in both the attached and detached garage due to past mice activity. I also placed a larger station by the AC unit. I applied a separate liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation of the home to combat general pests. I used an aerosol treatment on an active wasp nest in the fence and removed it.
