David came to our house to help with a carpenter ant problem and went way above and beyond, so impressed with him. He not only explained the ant issue and quickly treated it, he did a walk through of the entire house looking for other pest issues, pointing out risks for pests and basically a mini home inspection. He gave us a list of things to remedy (bushes too close to the house, gaps in walls and windows etc) and we really appreciated how pleasant and professional he was!!!

Good afternoon. Today I completed your pest control one time service. I treated the exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual solution for ants and general pests. You may see an increase in activity for a few days, this activity will decrease over time. Treatment can take 2 or more weeks to control an existing ant population. We use non-repellent insect controls for ants, which will not prevent ants, therefore requires contact and will address the colony. Please try not to kill the ants, we need them to take our products back to colony. Pruning overgrowth at least 1 foot away from can help reduce pests activity by taking way their shelter and ability to walk over treatment. Our office can help you with any questions or concerns. I swept away spider webs and wasp nests as needed. I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. I also applied granular treatment on the planting bed wood beams near the pool. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I checked the exterior rodent control devices and found light activity. I replaced the old bait with new bait. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with the house.
