David came to our house to help with a carpenter ant problem and went way above and beyond, so impressed with him. He not only explained the ant issue and quickly treated it, he did a walk through of the entire house looking for other pest issues, pointing out risks for pests and basically a mini home inspection. He gave us a list of things to remedy (bushes too close to the house, gaps in walls and windows etc) and we really appreciated how pleasant and professional he was!!!

Hello I completed your initial service. Inside I placed bait stations under the sink, next to the fridge, in the cabinets in the dining room, in the basement, and one in the garage. I also placed a station outside next to the cellar doors. I applied a gel bait for ants where activity was mentioned. I used copper mesh to fill a gap I saw in the back yard. At the four corners of the home, I installed termite monitors that we’ll continue to check with each visit. I also applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation of the home.
