David came to our house to help with a carpenter ant problem and went way above and beyond, so impressed with him. He not only explained the ant issue and quickly treated it, he did a walk through of the entire house looking for other pest issues, pointing out risks for pests and basically a mini home inspection. He gave us a list of things to remedy (bushes too close to the house, gaps in walls and windows etc) and we really appreciated how pleasant and professional he was!!!

Good afternoon I just completed your quarterly service with a liquid treatment for seasonal insect control. I also refilled your exterior bait stations that showed signs of activity and I placed 3 termite monitors outside. Ok thank you and give two weeks for results
Good afternoon, I was here today to complete your initial pest control service and inspection exterior. I inspected the exterior of your home, including foundation, soil, and trees around your home for any termite activity or damage. No termite activity or damage observed at this time. I inspected around your homes foundation for any rodent or pest entry points or activity as well. Possible entry point underneath sliding glass doors on the rear of your home where the wood is dry rotted. I removed visible spiderwebs from around your homes, front porch windows, and around the sides and back of your home. I applied a liquid repellent solution around the exterior of your home, including windows and doorways to combat spiders and other seasonal pest. as we spoke about, I added one rodent bait station near the Bilco doors next to the trash cans, and I inspected and replenished the rodent bait station that already existed on the opposite side of your home. Good morning. I completed your initial service today. I installed 4 termite monitors outside of home near the corners. I filled opening behind stove and underneath sink with copper mesh. I placed out mouse bait stations- 2 kitchen (stove/sink), 2 attic, 3 basement sill, 1 crawl space, 1 garage. I placed out snap traps in attic, basement and shed and glue boards in basement. Outside I placed out 2 large rodent bait stations. Suggest placing bird seed in containers and filing foundation opening in rear of home behind the sitting bench.
