We had Chris Bennett at our home for the first time today for house centepides. He showed us where they were coming from and could not have been more knowledgeable kind and professional. He sprayed exterior and interior and showed us where to seal up the cracks. We were so happy with him and our service ! I will always request him.

I also checked all the rodent stations and there was no activity in any of the stations on the inside. Once this was complete, I moved outside and I was going to remove webs and spider activity from the façade, but there wasn’t any. Next, I checked your rodent stations and there was no activity on any of them, but I did replenish them with new fresh bait. So now they’re ready for any mice or rodents that come their way. Upon arrival, I thoroughly treated the exterior with liquid residual material and did take webs and spider activity off the façade using the web tool. I also checked the rodent stations which were completely empty of all their bait material and I went ahead and replenished them and now they’re ready for any mice or rodents that come their way. On your front porch the faces the street I noticed there was mouse waste on the windowsill outside so I added a bait station to that front porch area. Good morning My name is Chris and today I completed your pest control service. Starting inside. I serviced and checked miscellaneous kitchens throughout the complex and I found no activity anywhere. I did replace a couple of glue traps that were stepped on or had some debris in them but otherwise everything was good. Outside the complex I checked all the rodent stations all the way around the entire building and I did find some activity in the back and on the side near the dumpster. I replaced a lot of the bait material in miscellaneous stations all the way around. All the stations are now ready for any mice or rodents that come their way. I also did a perimeter spray of the entire building’s foundation all the way around. This preventative measure will be the first barrier that any invading early spring insects run into and it will eliminate them.
