We had Chris Bennett at our home for the first time today for house centepides. He showed us where they were coming from and could not have been more knowledgeable kind and professional. Upon arrival, your parents were present and allowed me access inside and I went ahead and treated all rooms throughout the house, including the basement along the baseboards with liquid residual material design for the inside Your parents did tell me about the ant sighting and I treated accordingly. Then moving outside, I removed webs and spider activity from the façade, but I thoroughly treated the exterior of the house with liquid residual design for the outside. Please allow up to 14 days for this application to agitate and eliminate any insect pests that come in contact with it. Good afternoon It was nice to meet you and your family and as you know, my name is Chris and today I came to do your initial pest control service with a focus on mice and general pest. So starting inside for the mice, I added mouse bait stations into your garage one on either side of the door and one to the left of the pedestrian door that leads into the house. I explained how do we use them what your expectations will be and what they do. These will remain in place as long as you have our service. Then I treated the basement level, the ground floor level and the second floor level, all rooms along the baseboards with liquid residual material design for the inside. This is a preventative barrier that will eliminate any insect pests that come in contact with it. In the kitchen, I also added a bait station to under the stove and one to under the kitchen sink. Good morning Terry we’re almost afternoon but hello. As you know, my name is Chris and I’m with Green pest solutions and I came to do your pest control service today. After speaking with you and learning that apparently a technician came out a week or two ago and did the outside, but never did the inside. We opted to skip the outside and just do the inside so I went ahead and treated from the basement level to the second floor all the rooms along the baseboards with liquid residual material. Please allow about 2025 minutes for it to dry before you let your pet loose in the house. I checked all the rodent stations in the basement and up through the house, and there was no activity except in the attic. There was major activity and the station there was empty. I went ahead and replenished it, and I also removed the deceased mouse that was on the glue board up there out. After that was all said and done and I left I did check your termite monitor stations and there was no activity in any o
Good morning. My name is Mark Ray. It was nice speaking with you today. I was at your home today to perform your initial premium service. After my inspection, I determined to treat the interior of the property with a liquid residual product, which is designed for treatment of roaches and other general pests. I also applied a roach gel bait around the hinges of the cabinets and piping. I also removed any visible spiderwebs from the exterior and treated the exterior perimeter, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. We will follow up with service again with you in 30 days. After which we will service you on a quarterly basis. We ask that in between each quarterly service that you please allow 10 to 14 days for desired results. Inspected home. Did find an abundant amount of mouse waste under the stove as well as a lot of cat debris and toys and trash buildup under the stove. Recommend that all be cleaned out as soon as possible. All these things will attract and make mice. Use that area as a harbor area. There were a few holes in the walls behind the stove that were larger than what I could seal. Recommend you get large gap spray foam, and foam up the holes. I added rodent bait stations to the following locations. Two in the heater room, one under the kitchen stove, one under the kitchen sink, one next to the fridge. And one in the pipe way through the bathroom hatch below floor. These rodent stations will eliminate the mice as they come. They will find it and they will feed on it. I recommend a 10 day follow up to return and check all the interior stations to see what level of mice that you were experiencing.
