Dennis Cole is AMAZING!!! Dennis came in and treated us like family. He gave us tips and tricks of what we need to do to prevent bugs and rodents out! Then applied a liquid application around exterior foundations, doors, windowsills, and under siding. This application will help continue to control any ants and spring/summer invaders. I knocked, text and called to see if you were home. I think I missed you. I refilled both exterior bait stations, both empty. This will help keep mice out. Today for your quarterly pest service I treated your kitchen for roach activity. Live activity was notice in coming from the backsplash. We will return in about 2 weeks for a follow appointment. I also left behind some roach bait station to place where you see activity.

Today we performed your pest control service. We checked, cleaned and refreshed all exterior rodent bait stations around the entire exterior perimeter of the building, minimal feeding activity. We also checked all cafeterias, lobby, food pantry and utility rooms throughout the building. Checked all rodent equipment. No activity visible. Replaced glue boards as needed. No other issues visible. Please report any other issues before our next scheduled service. Thank you
