Good afternoon today I was here for your pest and issue service. I inspected your home for any possible entry points, which I pointed out in the basement multiple spaces around piping and wiring where activity may enter home. I filled all gaps in the kitchen under your sink and in the basement. I installed three bait stations one under your stove and two in the basement one about the electrical box and another under the bathroom section. I applied a liquid non repellent solution to the interior foundation of your home in all bedroom and bathroom areas including the kitchen and basement. I applied a different liquid non repellent solution to the exterior foundation of your home around all doors and windows. Please allow both applications two weeks for the best results. It was great talking with you today! Today I completed a service call for mice. I checked exterior bait stations, which showed no activity. I also checked mouse bait stations which showed light activity near the stove. I placed glue boards under and behind the stove. We will follow up in a week. Good morning. Today I completed your initial service. I applied roach gel bait to cabinets and crack and crevices of the kitchen. I placed out monitors in the kitchen to identify any present pest in the area. I applied a liquid residual solution for roaches and general pests in the basement. I added 3 mouse bait stations to basement and 2 large rodent bait stations outside. I installed 4 termite monitors outside near the corners of the building. Hi, good afternoon. It was a pleasure speaking with you this afternoon. Today I completed your premium plus initial pest control service. I inspected the front and the back of your home for any termite activity as well in the basement, but I have not noticed any activity at this time. I installed for termite monitors on your property in the back and in the front we will be inspecting these at the quarterly services. I also pointed out/stuffed some possible rodents entrances to have profound rodent activity inside of your home. I do recommend filling in any hole/gaps around the foundation, this will also help prevent rodent activity inside of your home. I installed some interior mice bait stations in the front room of the basement, the utility room, behind the stove, next to the trashcan and also in the closet in the living room. I treated the entrance where yellow jackets were going in and out of in the back of your home above the back window. I also inspected the interior for any possible breach point, but I have not noticed any at this time. I also inspected around the property of your home also around the foundation for any otherbees or respectivity where I noticed, and pointed out that your neighbor is having yellow jackets activity in the front as well as I mentioned I recommend mentioning it to them as well. We will be back in about a week to inspect that area for any more yellow jackets activity. Please allow 3 to 5 days for the results of this treatment.
