Good afternoon Kimberly and thank you for choosing Green Pests solutions! This is CJ and I provided a quarterly service today. I checked the interior and exterior bait stations, replenishing as I went. I found low mouse activity in the house, but fresh droppings were noted. Exterior bait station showed heavy activity. I checked the foundation for possible points of rodent ingress. I noted that the bottom dryer vent on the driveway side of the home was loose. It is possible mice may find their way in the home through a gap around this vent. Due to rain, I could not provide an exterior liquid treatment. But I did a spot treatment in the front windows and door for ant activity. I also baited around the porch. I will send a note to the office to reschedule your exterior treatment, which would do more to help with ants. This can be done without you being home, but if you’d like to schedule this visit while you are home, please call the office. Today’s treatment should take about 10 day

Good afternoon and thank you for choosing Green Pests solutions! This is CJ with an update on today’s premium plus initial service. Today I inspected the basement, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, third floor HVAC,and exterior for any old or existing pest activity. The basement was damp with heavy spider activity, and evidence of ant, spider cricket, and gnat activity. I recommended a dehumidifier to reduce this activity. There were Conducive conditions for mice and so I placed bait stations in corners and glue boards for monitoring. I provided an ant bait station as well. I checked the exterior for points of ingress, patched two locations with mesh and pointed out the open entry into the basement crawl space. I then sprayed the foundation with a liquid treatment and installed termite monitors. After my inspection, I determined to place two large rodent bait stations on your exterior. One on the side of your home and one in the rear by the deck. I also placed seven mouse bait stations throughout the interior of your home. One by the fireplace, another behind the stove. I placed one in each of the crawlspaces in the attic. And in the basement, I placed one on two of the windowsills and another in the crawlspace. I also removed all visible spiderwebs on the exterior and treated the exterior perimeter of your home, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. Check the parameter of the home for termite activity, wasp, activity, carpenter, bee, activity, and points of rodent ingress. I provided a liquid treatment to the parameter of the home and installed for termite bait stations. I treated a wood fence for the activity, removed a wasp nests. Ant activity was found around the home and I recommend that you pull the mulch back from the basement windows to avoid bringing ants in. This could undermine our liquid treatment. During the interior inspection, I found rodent droppings in the basement, particularly in the storage areas. I placed four bait stations in each corner of the basement as well as under the stairs. Please allow 10 days to see the best results from today’s treatment. And if you see an increase in pest activity, please call for a service.
