Good afternoon. My name is Mark Ray. It was a pleasure meeting you today. I was at your home today to perform your initial premium service. After my inspection, I determined to place for mouse bait stations in your condo. One underneath the dishwasher, another to the right of the refrigerator, one on the left side of the couch, and one in the living room to the right of the windows down in the corner. I also treated on the interior of your home with a liquid residual product to protect against all general pests. We will be out again in 30 days to service in check the bait stations and make an assessment. After which, we will service you on a quarterly basis. We asked that after each of your quarterly visits that you please allow 10 to 14 days for desired results. I took down any cobwebs I saw around windows and doors to limit spider activity on the interior of your home. I also checked your exterior rodent control device. It was empty, so I refilled it with fresh bait. I sprayed the exterior foundation with a non-repellent solution, targeting general pest, such as lady bugs, stink bugs, and spiders. Good afternoon Andrew, it was nice to meet you! Today I completed your initial pest service by first inspecting the kitchen and basement. We pulled the dishwasher and stove out to find droppings and a few holes from the gas and water lines. I did plug them up with copper mesh. In the basement by the back door I noticed droppings and enough space for mice to get under the door, so I recommend a good door sweep. I added 2 mouse bait stations in the kitchen, one behind the tv, and 6 in the basement with 5 on the foundation line and one with on the floor by the door. Next, we walked around and inspected the exterior for any entry points and found a few next to the back door and under the deck. You walked around with me and I pointed out areas of concern and you were going to get something’s to plug up those holes. I added a rodent bait station under the deck, as well as 4 mouse bait stations in the belko doors room. I used copper mesh to plug up a hole next to the back door as well. I reco

I inspected your exterior rodent controlled devices activity at this time the one by the trash cans was empty. I refilled them with fresh bait. I also installed some snap traps into upstairs. I also placed an interior bait station underneath the stove. I highly recommend closing any entrances that were pointing out at the initial service because this will help reduce the activity on the interior of your home especially entering these winter months.
