I applied a liquid residual to the opening above the overhang where yellow jackets were entering. I found two other nests around the home. I treated and removed them as well. I also applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation of the home targeting ants and other general pests. Please allow 5 to 7 days for the yellow jacket treatment to take effect. I placed granular bait in the basement to ward off common pests. Outside, I placed a mouse bait station that we’ll monitor with each visit. I removed a mud dauber tube on the eaves of the home. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. I recommend trimming back any vegetation in direct contact with the house to at least a foot away, as this will help to prevent pest activity. I did not find any mouse droppings, but I saw some tunneling in the insulation that indicated possible activity. I placed rodent bait stations in the attic, garage, utility room and outside. I blocked off the potential entry points outside with copper mesh as well. I applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter along the foundation.
