Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your initial service. I found the breach point in the basement and covered it with painters tape. I then applied a liquid residual to the entry point on the outside. I placed granular bait in the basement to combat spider crickets. I found multiple wasp nests around the detached garage, so I applied a liquid treatment and removed them. I applied the same liquid treatment to the paper wasp nest at the side of the home and to the foundation. I also installed termite monitors at the corners that we’ll continue to check. Please allow 5 to 7 days for yellow jacket treatment to take effect. I recommend sealing the breach point once the yellow jackets are gone. Be careful in this area as there was still activity once I removed the nest. This should go away quickly. I was going to treat the basement with a liquid residual but we were unable to get one of the cats out. Feel free to call to treat the basement or we can do it at your first quarterly.
