I found light ant activity in the kitchen and placed gel bait in the cracks and crevices. I also placed rodent bait stations in the attic, kitchen and basement. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior perimeter along the foundation. I also placed a large rodent bait station outside. I installed a termite monitor at each corner as well. Hello, today I completed your quarterly service. I inspected the interior for mice and general pests. I did not find any mouse droppings, but I saw some tunneling in the insulation that indicated possible activity. I placed rodent bait stations in the attic, garage, utility room and outside. I blocked off the potential entry points outside with copper mesh as well. I applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter along the foundation. I also installed a termite monitor at each corner that will be checked during future services. Please allow some time for mice to find the bait. I applied a liquid treatment to the baseboards in that area of the house. I also placed granular ant bait in the crawl space where I found some activity. I inspected the trees nearby and did not find activity. I placed granular ant bait near these as well where your dog will not be able to access it. I also installed a termite monitor at each corner of the exterior. I did not treat the exterior due to the rain. I will let the office know to schedule a follow up appointment to spray the exterior.
