Lee Rodriguez came out to address carpenter bee issue. He found over 30 holes that I never would have found and treated all of them. He was very thorough and determined to find all of them and gave me good recommendations for filling the holes and staining the wood to avoid this from happening again. Very much appreciated his time, effort, and determination.

This is not the first time that the service person did not come to the door to discuss planned service. He left nothing indicating he was here. For all I know he was not here and I have no idea what was done. I was emailed you were coming but no time was given. No phone call before arrival or when you were here.
