Wayne came out for an initial inspection and service. He explained everything he was going to do and answered all our questions and was very personable and easy to talk to. He also removed a large hornets nest, which was up in one of our trees. We’re very happy we went with Green Pest Solutions.

Lee Rodriguez came out to address carpenter bee issue. He found over 30 holes that I never would have found and treated all of them. He was very thorough and determined to find all of them and gave me good recommendations for filling the holes and staining the wood to avoid this from happening again. Very much appreciated his time, effort, and determination.

This is not the first time that the service person did not come to the door to discuss planned service. He left nothing indicating he was here. For all I know he was not here and I have no idea what was done. I was emailed you were coming but no time was given. No phone call before arrival or when you were here.

Good morning, I was here today to complete your initial pest control service and inspection. I inspected the exterior of your home for termite damage or activity, none noted at this time. I inspected the exterior of of your home for pest or rodent entry points or activity. Several possible rodent entry points found around your home, mostly around the siding in the back of the fireplace. I was able to fill Most entry points with copper wire mesh. Yellowjackets also observed in wood, pile outside of home, but will not be treated as you do not want any insecticides or aerosol used on or around your property. I inspected the interior of your home, basement for any termite activity or pest or rodent activity or damage. No termite damage or activity observed at this time. I was able to fill rodent entry points into basement with copper wire mesh. Pictures will be in documents. I removed one dead mouse on trap. You set yourself. Good afternoon it was nice meeting you, I completed your initial service today. I inspected the exterior of the home and found a few holes that mice could be using to enter. I used copper mesh to block these holes. There was also another hole in the ground that we put a brick over. I then placed a large bait station on the driveway side of the house. The bait station should help ensure that mice are deterred from entering. I inspected the interior, including basement and crawlspace. Though, I did not see any activity inside I did place a small bait trap in the crawlspace just in case. I also placed four termite monitors on the corners of the house to help us monitor for termite activity. as a reminder, the first quarterly technician will be here in about a month. Good morning this is David with Green Pest Solutions. It was nice seeing you today. I completed your quarterly pest service. I swept away spider webs and wasp nests as needed. I applied a repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I checked the termite monitors and found no activity at this time. I checked the exterior rodent bait stations and found them empty. I replaced the bait. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with (or close proximity to) the house at least 12 inches. I found openings at the bottom of the garden doors. I found large openings underneath the chimney. I found the hose leaking at the right side of the house. Addressing these issues will help prevent pests from entering your home. Good morning it was nice meeting you, I completed your initial service today. I inspected the interior, including kitchen and basement, finding several small entranceways for mice to move. I placed five mouse bait stations in the basement, three in the crawlspaces, one on the sealed stairs, and one next to the water pump. I also placed a bait station in the kitchen in one of the bottom cabinets. During my exterior inspection, I found a couple small entrances for mice and I used copper mesh to block them up. I also placed down a large bait station on the back of the house. As a reminder, the first quarterly technician will be here in about a month.
